Privacy policy
Who is responsible for your data
The guineahr.com website is published by GHR, SARL (limited liability company), Lambanyi, Carrefour Dadis, Conakry, Republic of Guinea (trade register RCCM GN.TCC.2024.B.05027). GHR is responsible for the personal data collected on this website. For any question about your data: contact@guineahr.com.
The data we collect, and why
- Contact form: name, organisation, e-mail, phone (optional), subject and message, to review your request and reply.
- Training request, registration for a course or event: name, organisation, position, e-mail, phone, chosen course or event and message, to process the request or registration and inform you of the arrangements.
- Booking a meeting: name, organisation, e-mail, phone, subject, time slot and format (video, phone, at our office), to organise the meeting and send you the confirmation and cancellation link.
- Requesting access to a restricted analysis: name, organisation, position, e-mail and phone, to give you access and, if you agree, to contact you.
- GHR account and alerts (“My account”): see below.
Each form shows which fields are required. We also record the date of your consent and the text you accepted. To prevent abusive submissions, an encrypted fingerprint of your IP address is computed; the IP address itself is not stored.
Your data is never sold or transferred to third parties.
Communications from GHR
The contact details you provide may also be used by GHR to send you information and offers related to its activities: news and analyses, event invitations, training courses and the firm's services. You can object at any time, without giving a reason, by writing to contact@guineahr.com or by using the unsubscribe link in our messages.
GHR account and alerts
You can sign in with your GHR Identity account, the single account shared by all GHR services. This account is created and managed by GHR Identity: sign-up with your phone number (a code is sent by SMS) or your e-mail address, with no password. The website never sees your sign-in codes.
When you sign in, GHR Identity sends the website a technical account identifier, your name, your phone number and, if verified, your e-mail address. In “My account” you can add your professional profile, an e-mail address for alerts, the alert channels you accept (SMS, e-mail) and the topics you follow. Ticking a channel gives your consent; unticking it withdraws consent immediately. We record the date of each consent, your language and the date of your last sign-in.
Audience measurement
To understand which pages are useful, the website counts page views with an in-house tool, without cookies or third-party services. No IP address is stored: each visit is linked to a technical identifier that changes every day and cannot identify you. We keep the page, the source (search engine, social network, direct link…), the device type and the language. If your browser asks not to be tracked (“Do Not Track” or “Global Privacy Control”), nothing is measured.
Who can access your data
- Authorised members of the GHR team, according to their role (handling requests, meetings, registrations, accounts and communications).
- Our technical providers, only to run the website: hosting of the website and data by Render (Germany) and Supabase (France), in the European Union; e-mail delivery by Brevo; sign-in codes by SMS through Lengo SMS (for GHR Identity).
Links to other services
- WhatsApp: WhatsApp buttons open a conversation in the WhatsApp app; the website sends no data. The conversation is subject to WhatsApp's terms.
- Mavzia (legal database and compliance assessment): a separate website with its own privacy policy. Assessment answers are recorded by Mavzia.
How long we keep your data
- Contact and training requests, registrations: 24 months after receipt, then deleted automatically, together with the related e-mails.
- Meetings: 24 months after the meeting date.
- Requests for access to restricted analyses: 24 months after the request.
- GHR account on the website (profile and alerts): as long as you use it, then deleted after 36 months without sign-in. The GHR Identity account itself is not deleted by the website.
- Access link to a restricted analysis: valid for 30 days.
- Audience measurement: 25 months at most.
Your rights
You can at any time view and update your details and alerts in “My account”, change your sign-in name, number or e-mail in your GHR Identity account, cancel a meeting with the link received by e-mail, and request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its use, including for communications from GHR, by writing to contact@guineahr.com. We will reply within 30 days. These rights apply under the Guinean legislation on the protection of personal data.
Security
The website is served only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to data is restricted to authorised staff, and every change in the administration area is logged.
Updates
This policy may change as the website evolves. Last updated: 21 October 2026.
