FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Your questions, our answers.

How does an engagement work?

After a free initial discussion to understand your situation, we scope your needs and send you a written proposal: scope, timetable and fee. Once the proposal is accepted, we carry out the engagement, present the results and can provide follow-up if you wish.

How is the fee for an engagement set?

By quotation, according to the scope, headcount and sites concerned. The costed proposal is sent to you before any commitment: no work starts without your agreement.

Who will work with us?

Employment lawyers and HR consultants who know Guinean labour law and how organisations work in practice. You have a single point of contact throughout the engagement.

What do you deliver at the end of an engagement?

A written report with the findings, the gaps identified and a prioritised action plan. Depending on the engagement, it also includes document templates (contracts, internal rules, procedures) and a feedback session with your teams.

How quickly can you start?

As soon as possible once the proposal is accepted, and as a priority in urgent cases: a labour inspection, an industrial dispute or a sensitive decision to secure.

Do you work with SMEs as well as large companies?

Yes. The scope adapts to your size: SMEs, large companies and multi-site mining groups, institutions and organisations.

Who are your training courses for?

Students, job seekers and professionals who want to develop their skills in human resources, labour law and professional English. Companies can also arrange training for their teams: discover GHR Academy.

Do you work outside Conakry and in English?

Yes. We work throughout Guinea, on site or remotely. Discussions and deliverables can be in French or English.

Does our information remain confidential?

Yes. The information you share with us is used only for your engagement and is never passed on to third parties.
