FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Which contract should be used for a construction project?

It depends on the duration and nature of the need: fixed-term contract, contract tied to the duration of the project or open-ended contract. The choice has consequences when the project ends; we help you choose the right contract and draft it.

How should a work stoppage be handled?

An interruption of activity may, under certain conditions, justify a temporary lay-off, with the staff delegates and the labour inspectorate informed. Our “Temporary lay-off” article sets out the rules; we can support you.

Can you supply personnel for a project?

Yes. We can recruit for you or provide personnel for the duration of the project, within a clear contractual framework.
